It's actually a shame that there wasn't (I assume) a way to include  the
base of all the trees on a consistent plane, relative to the bottom  of
the frame. While it may appear to have at least been possible, I  would
imagine your eye would have insisted you give it your best  effort.

What he said. To me, it would have been  better if the base of the right most 
trees (and what appears to be fallen  branches) were included. Then it would 
have been a great shot. As it is it is  still a *very good* shot. Lovely 
lighting and tones and seeing through the trees  to more trees.
