IMO the biggest change is the sensor

14Mpix AND better ISO at the same time is very interesting. Of course,
it depends on each photographers requirements to determine if the
upgrade is worth it or not.

So far, for a little "upgrade" I find it quite impressive. It also
make me think there will defenitely be an more upmarket body not too
far away in the future (not taking into account the hypothetical
645D).
