Hmmm, if it only looks like that  SOMETIME, then it means the files are not 
corrupted.

This is purely guess  work, without seeing your machine, for anyone.

But it looks like a  hardware problem, or a screen drawing problem (which 
could be software). But  hardware is likely if only sometimes that screen looks 
fine. Like I said, it  means the files are not actually corrupted.

Take it to a computer  store/repair place. Be sure to take more screen shots 
so you can show them  what's wrong. The more specific you can be about a 
computer problem, the easier  it is to fix.

If it's a hardware problem, like a bad mother board, it  *could* cause a 
myriad of problems.

All guess work, like I  said.
