I'd agree that a heather motor drive needs to be included in order to accommodate a more responsive AF/shutter rate capability. They must feel that the sequence of dealing with the image quality first, and the AF/shutter/motor later, would reduce the impact of the needed price jump and satisfy more users.(?) I just hope it isn't too long. I'm getting old.
