They're terrific, Boris! I think all you can do is just have her shoot more and more and more. You guys may recall a bunch of photos that my youngest, Claire, shot with my *istD (at 14, she's quite a bit older than Galia), and she, too has a great eye. It's really gratifying to see her enjoy and do well at photography. I'm sure you feel the same way about Galia. That's one of the great things about digital: you can just give a camera to a kid or a tyro and let them shoot with abandon. I would imagine that they'll improve much much faster shooting hundreds a day instead of a roll or two.
