In this shot she's replying to a text, probably from someone she was supposed to meet at the coffee shop. You can see some documents in front of her. They look like video supers ganged on a page. She might be an advertising writer. If so, she lives in a world of constant stress and frustration:-). In between the two shots her parking meter expired, and she had to dig for change and run out into the cold.
