It's the job fair at SIGGRAPH '99. SIGGRAPH is the ACM group on computer graphics, and its annual conference is the biggest and most important event for the computer graphics community. People attending range from university researchers to artists working on special effects for movies. To be fair, there were quite a few offerings for work under "Art."
