I won't qualify, as i only make about 8-10% of my income from a camera. However now that i'm retired, have no income, and relying on this income more, maybe i can juggle the %.:-)
I am not a member of the Nikon program, but i get "pro' service from Nikon Canada, cause i have pro bodies and told the service guy i use them for sale shots of equestrian shows. That made me a pro in his mind, so i'm not complaining. Turn around time for consumer products is about 2-3 months. I get my camera back in less than a week.
