I like the horizontal one, the first one. The look is just about right. You might try desaturating it a bit to give it more age. I think the balcony is distracting in the second, vertical shot. Perhaps you should rotate it so that the balcony line is level. Although I'm not sure that will help. But, again, the first one is a winner.
