Adobe Lightroom.
Apple Aperture.

Download the free trials of both. Buy whichever you prefer.

If you do have a second computer w/ Photoshop, any edits you make on
raw files in Lightroom will get picked up in Photoshop CS3, so long as
you either convert to DNG, or copy the sidecar file along with the raw
image.
