Dave - What "skin" are you using? I haven't checked out all the other skins, but if you're using Chameleon do this:
From the JAlbum main page, click on Settings In the albuum settings window, click on Chameleon Click the Filters tab Than click the Watermark sub-tab You can set your watermark variables from there.
