Thanks to all, for your time and comments. Yes, this is the same shot I posted late last year. I had rushed the job and there were a few areas that needed more attention. I've just now got around to it, after learning a new PS retouching technique.
My ultimate goal, as suggested at the time initial posting, is to try and make some money off this shot. Either from the events major sponsor, the city council or the state tourism board.
