When I was a kid, I remember telling the teacher "I had the paper ready to turn in but the dog ate it." And it was a true story - a Basset Hound pup who had three dominant characteristics. He could sit and look cute, he had a beautiful voice and would sit at the gate and howl when I left for school, and he would chew anything that he could get his jaws around.
I just had an email from a student in the on-line course I am teaching: "Dr. Halpin, I have a huge problem. My computer crashed with my paper on it. I will try to get it in by Friday but I have to rewrite the whole thing..." No matter how things change, they stay the same. stan -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
