Since K10D does not support "regular" TTL, the flash will fire at full power. This means, that the you take the longest side of each range - for the particular f-stop -- this would be the right distance for this f-stop at ISO-100. At other ISOs - you multiply it by the factor posted in "Table no.3" - or simply change by 1 f-stop for each ISO step.
