I finally paid attention to suggestions here and applied them to some birds at the feeder. I haven't been too satisfied with my results, the birds being out of focus. I shot some with the K20D and A400/5.6 - ISO cranked up to 800 and aperture down from f5.6 to f7.1 - f9.0.
