A harbinger of spring. I went for a walk in Hammonasset state park hoping that a few of the larger birds had returned early, but apparently they're waiting for spring, though I did see an osprey at a distance beyond the lens I was carrying. In fact the only bird I saw besides Seagulls, Ducks, and Sparrows was this guy. I don't know if he had returned a bit early or never left.
