Hey gang, I've often prided myself that I've never fallen for credit card scams, email worms or computer virus infections. Yesterday, however, I very nearly blew my record.
What nearly got me is probably quite a classic scam, an invitation to have my credentials listed in a who's who catalogue. A typical "vanity scam". The scammer is "Madison Who's Who" at www.madisonwhoswho.com. Be warned of these guys grooming your vanity. :-) A more detailed story of my encounter is in my blog, if you're interested.
