It appears that my system has been infected with a malicious worm virus
(W32magistr.39921@mm) sometime in the past few days. My anti-virus program
identified and repaired the damage to my machine, but apparently not in
time to prevent the worm from using my address book to propagate
itself. If anyone has received a strange message with an attachment from
my address in the past few days, please delete the message without opening
the attachment. If you have already opened the attachment, I hope your
anti-virus system is quicker to catch this than mine was. If you have been
infected, information on this worm can be found at several locations on the
Internet, including the following:
