Hi list! I've had a good offer from one of my favourite hungarian hobby-photographers. Her pictures can be found at flickr under the name Szefi ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/szefi/ ). She invited me to a photo-walk today. She hates to be photographed but she was excited about the f1.2 portrait useage so accepted to be at the other side of the cam for a few shots. http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226637 http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226551 http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226544 (she is sadly a Canon fanatic... if only she would knew about the power of Pentax! :D) All: K10D + Porst MC Color Reflex f1.2 55mm @ f1.2
First we tought to photo birds over river Danube, but we found only a duck-couple, so had no luck. Then we decided to take macro shots and I was 'experimenting' with the possibilities of shallow DOF and macro. Well, to be honest, macro has already very shallow DOF but with f1.8 there's like no DOF :D Results: http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226552 http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94228589 All: K10D + Canon EF f1.8 50mm @ f1.8 (reversed) On the way home we found an owl, sleeping on a tree in a factory-area :D http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226545 K10D + Tamron Adaptall SP f5.6 300mm @ f8 Inside the city we made a few long-expo shots: http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226548 http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226549 K10D + Tamron Adaptall f2.5 24mm @ f22 http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226546 http://www.pbase.com/timbercode/image/94226550 K10D+ SMC Pentax FA f3.5-5.6 28-200 @ f22 28mm Well, originally we wanted to shoot birds... no luck with them, but in the end a few good shots were made today :D Cheers, Timber -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
