Thanks Paul. This camera is really good at higher ISO than the K10. I have 
several DAlenses, but
they don't seem to have a 50/1.4 in the line-up yet, so I am stuck with the FA 
for this sort of
stuff. I do own the 40mm LTD, but I left it at Tom Cakalic's last year, and 
haven't retrieved it
yet. I could have stopped down a little more and maybe saved a few shots with 
depth of field.
I'm pretty sure I was on continuous AF.
I will try modifying my technique, pay more attention to my camera settings, 
and do it again 
next Friday. This kid is really
into working Jester, they get along really well, and they work really well 
together also.
One thing that does concern me is that I had several pictures with completely 
buggered up white
balance, to the point of being unfixable. It's something I'll be keeping tabs 
on. Hopefully it
is just the florescent lights screwing things up.
