I've been wanting to try this lens wide open in outdoor lighting. I had a go at it last night. This pic is at 123 mm, f2.8, 1/125th, ISO 125. Open shade lighting at magic hour. I'm happy with the way it resolves detail. It's as good as a lot of primes, better than some.
