My dressage show was over this past weekend. Sunday was not busy at
all. Riders from 7:30 to 10:15 and we were done.

One of the riders husband was shooting her and her friend, which is
fine with me, and i saw he had a Pentax Dslr. I asked if it was the
K1000 or K10D. K1000 was his reply. Oh you know this camera. I replied
i have been using Pentax since 1971.

Oh maybe you can help me here.

He asked a large number of how to do questions in between riders, and
i am happy to say was able to answer them all:-)

I told him how i was shooting, settings, keeping the back lite window
out of the shots. He was happier with the results, but because he was
using the 18-250, he had to ISO at 3200. He would settle for grainy
shots as long as they were brighter and better.:-)

I felt the store that sold him the camera had given him some mis
information, so i told him what i knew in that regards.

So there ya go, my good deed for the month
