The guy's "sales technique" worked. We each sampled some of his hand-made truffles (mine was lemongrass and something or other, and my partner's was white chocolate and coconut), and we ended up buying lots of stuff, which all got eaten yesterday. ;-) What really struck me about this guy was that he obviously loves what he's doing, and he loves chocolate! He was ~very~ passionate about his vocation, and his chocolates were real works of art.
