Maybe I misunderstood what Photoshop Express is all about. My impression was that it was a Picasa-like application with a few photo editing tools thrown in for good measure. I'm interested in looking at it as a photo gallery application (from what I've seen it looks "prettier" than Picasa).
I'm not sure about editing photos online.
