I've been hearing rumors like this for a couple of years now.  About a 
year ago when I went to the primary Pentax pusher in this area, Milford 
Camera, I was told that Pentax was replacing all their sales reps., the 
implication being that Pentax was in more trouble than usual.  It didn't 
seem to happen then.  I don't think I'll worry about it happening now, 
until it is widely reported, which hasn't happened at this point.
