Ahhh, it's that time of the year, isn't it? :-)
The female is almost camouflaged by the reflections in the rippling
surface and the brown colours of the pond bottom. I think it distracts
a little from the viewing experience.

Over here, this time of year is a challenge wrt contrast and colour.
Yours is very nicely rendered in that department.
