I don't know if it's "recommended" because I haven't evaluated all of their stuff yet, but this is a good start: http://www.photoshopsupport.com/lightroom/tutorials.html I believe that Adobe has video tutorials on their website as well. I also downloaded an EBook with some good "get yourself oriented" information.
