Last night I helped a friend celebrate leaving a job she hated after 10 years. To do so I introduced her to the joys of the traditional French 75, (made with good Cognac. We didn't have any 75mm shell casings but she did have these roughly 37mm diameter glasses that came with a gift pack of liquor, (hence the French 37 title). I thought this came out rather well...
