Partly right.  It is, indeed, Babbage's Difference Engine No. 2

The first working model (built from Babbage's original plans)
was created by a team at the Science Museum in London, and put
on display in 1991.  That machine was originally lacking the
printer, but that was added in 2000.

This is another machine, built by the same group in London.  It
will be on display at the Computer History Museum for a while.
