Maybe check and make sure that Lightroom is using the same screen profile as 
Photoshop, and that 
your import isn't changing colourspace on you. If it makes you feel any better, 
I have yet to 
get a match between my new computer/screen combination and printer, and I've 
been trying for 
almost six months. I can take the files to the lab at the studio and get 
perfect prints with 
little or no tweaking, but trying to get something good off the Epson 4800 has 
turned into a 
nightmare.
