Now I'm really glad I decided to skip the K10 generation, (not enough IQ improvement from 10mp vs 6mp to justify replacing one or both of my *ist-D[x]s). Since I do most of my shooting in manual focus I would probably not have noticed the back focus problem until after the guarantee had expired. I guess being cheap pays extra dividends...
