Well the DA 40mm ltd is essentially the same formula as the M 40mm, and 
the same caveat that Boris give about the DA applies.  The DA 70 has no 
aperture ring, (Ok, I'll say it for you/ Well Duh!), and it has limited 
usefulness on most Pentax Film bodies, at least the ones I'm interested in.
