At the estimate you stated, they're charging you for 1.5 to 2 hours labor at around [EMAIL PROTECTED] That's not exorbitant, the local repair shop charges [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a two hour minimum ... If he didn't, he couldn't stay in business.
