Well, look at him. He looks like an investment banker or a lawyer or something. He's clearly worked a 100 hour week and needs to recover by throwing on a bike helmet and stylish windbreaker and getting on his under-powered Japanese Vespa wannabe and racing about town at what I'm sure to him feels like breakneck speeds.
