Actually, those little Canonettes were damned nice cameras in their
day.  Or any other day for that matter.  The QL17 had a super-sharp
40mm f1.7 lens - the package was reputed to be better (certainly
better value for the money!) than the Leica CL/40mm Summicron C combo
(although obviously the Canon had a fixed lens).

All that aside, that's a cute pic!  Thanks for posting it.
