Pretty much correct here also. Celebrities and news worthy events are
excluded from having to get some kind of release.

I didn't read the whole thing, nor every message, but the jist everyone
seems to over look is its illegal to "publish" these photographs.  It most
cases I think a person like you or me can take a picture of anything
(usually not government/military) and do whatever we want at home.  Its
when you show it to the world some people have a fit!
Am I right for US Citizens?
