Well, I'd crop it just a little tighter, but not too much, and if possible less DOF, maybe blur the background, yea, I know that's cheating... I think I'd work a little bit more on that conversion too. There's just too much gray and I'm sure it would look better if there was more detail in the girl's(?) hair and maybe a bit more detail in the bleachers and the whites should be whiter..
