Another one you might throw into the mix is Studioline Photo Classic. It's mainly an archiving program but has a reasonable range of photo editing tools. I've been using it for several years to manage my digital files. It lists support for most Pentax RAW files except the K100D Super and K20D although the web site says that the supported list may not be complete. So support for those models may already be included but, if not, I expect these would be added in the near future.
