Looks like it's not a quick fix. :(
I called Tamron and they said that they couldn't give me a quote but 
that it might be somewhere around $200-350 to fix.
So I guess it's back to the seller (unless he'll give me a refund on the 
price of the repair).

Anyone got one of these they want to sell me? Or a KA Tamron-Pentax 
adaptall mount (preferably the KA version)?
