After the hike my companion and I repaired to a local watering hole for rest and refreshment. On the way there was a man made pond stocked with giant goldfish. They were amazingly friendly. When I stepped up to the edge, the fish that had been at the far end of the pond swam over to see what was going on, it was almost as if they were posing, not coy at all...
