I've had no time to read the twenty-some posts in this thread, and only a couple of moments to look at the DPR preview. I do find it curious that so many comments related to a new Nikon are posted to the PENTAX mailing list. It looks like it will be a nice camera. I've got most of the lenses I need in nice old Nikkor AI series primes. One good fast wide prime and another pro quality wide-ish zoom and I'd have a complete kit. I'd rather have a Nikon than a Canon.
