Posible but unlikely. I can't imagine people carrying raw fish or left overs of fish into the mountain plateu to feed them. I haven't observed people with dead gulls sticking up from their chest pocket either ;-) This said, It is posible for them to change their diet. But we talked to several other birders, and none have mentioned something about feeding the skua.
