Yes. All the same lens, manufactured by Cosina and sold under various 
brand names (Cosina, Vivitar, Promaster, Samyang, Phoenix are a few of 
them - there may be more). Up until the Tokina-built DA* lenses, it was 
one of only two lenses that Pentax had made by an outside manufacturer 
(the other being the FA 28-200 f/3.8-5.6 made by Tamron).

I'd prefer the Vivitar, but any brand name will do if it's that lens. (I 
have some experiments in mind...)
