I'm organizing some of my half a million BW negatives. Right now, I'm  
concentrating on pulling the pics of my kids. I'm scanning them on  
the Epson 3200 Photo flatbed. It's not even Epson's state of the art  
flatbed, but it's remarkably good. Better than I remember. Both of  
these pics are of Grace's mother. The first of these pics was shot  
with the Mamiya C220 and early (chrome) 80/2.8 lens in 1977. We lived  
in Chicago then. I had never printed it until today. The second was  
probably shot with the Fuji 801 screwmount body and Funinon 50/1.8  
lens in 1980. That would be Matawan, New Jersey. I didn't check the  
edge prints, but I'm sure that both are tri-x. I made 8x10 prints of  
both on the Epson R2400, which delivers great BW. They're darn good.  
Yesterday is alive and well and hanging on my wall!
