I had my K10D adjusted to the FA 50 1.4 even though it was working fairly well. (I just really wanted the newest version flash before my warranty ran out.) I have a similar philosophy, however. I often take the FA20-35 and the DA 40 or FA 50, depending on my need for low light. ( I've also grown very fond of my FA135) This week end I was packing very light and just took the DS with the DA 40, which is an uber-light kit.
If you don't need the speed (or the bokeh), consider the 40. >>> Godfrey DiGiorgi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 7/15/2008 9:00 PM >>> Sell the 50/1.4 and buy a 43/1.9 Limited. You'll be happy you did. The DA21 and FA43 Limiteds are almost the only lenses I've used on the Pentax all this year. I could sell everything else and use just those two ... and never run out of photo opportunities. Yeah, I'm becoming a bit of a minimalist. ]'-) G -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions. !SIG:487d482a288434021845579! -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
