My 70-200 rotates and it also has two tripod mount holes. This helps when mounting a camera like my D2H or i suppose one with a grip, as the mount is pretty tight against the tripod this way. My Sigma 100-500 is a bugger to mount on my old Manfrotto tripod, but better with the Slik 700 Pro. Smaller head i suppose, like the operator.:-) Dave > -- > MaritimTim > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow > the directions. > -- Equine Photography www.caughtinmotion.com http://brooksinthecountry.blogspot.com/ Ontario Canada -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
