I've jumped back on list briefly because it is too balsted hot here... even in my ac'ed apt to do much physical work or think... To say "yes" to Bob Sullivan's ref to Tom Lehrer... who I first heard in high school in the 50's when My H S drama teacher played his first album which included "the Boy Scouts marching Song" and "the old dope peddler" and "Rickety tickity tin" he lampooned everything with great wit and style, though his voice was not exactly what you would call a signing voice.
