Ann, I'm pecking with one finger on left hand (am right handed, of course), so won't attempt details. Had arthroscopic surgery performed this past Mon to re-attach the supraspintaus muscle to the humerus. Took me five months to get up the gumption to have it done. At my age, if the other side goes, forget it! Hope I have your pity.
