Been on there for a couple years but don't post a ton. Mostly just put  
up snapshots for the family to view. You comment is funny as I keep  
*meaning* to put a lot more effort into organizing my smugmug space. :-)

Hadn't been aware of their browser incompatibility.

I actually prefer the square thumbs as it adds a more uniform grid to  
the display. I was always slightly bothered by the thumbnail grid when  
the original aspect ratio was in use and the page contained a mix of  
portrait and landscape orientations. I can see both sides of the  
argument, on the one hand some folks want their thumbs pure and others  
would rather see a more uniform UI. Glad it is an option though.
