I like it a lot as is, but then I'm a sucker for a pretty woman with a
lovely smile.  ;-)

As for the "blemish" or whatever it is, it's her, it in no way
detracts, and quite frankly, had you not mentioned it, I'd have likely
not noticed it.  I say leave it.
